Heads up: UberEATS delivers GRAIN cocktails!

Ok, it’s technically cocktail kits, but that’s close enough for me. Just add liquor! The kit even tells you what kind of liquor to add.

Here’s how it works: GRAIN, an amazing bar in midtown (and one of my personal favorites) has teamed up with UberEATS to deliver cocktails kits this Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. They’re $7 each and are inspired by The Nutcracker (um, how did they know this ballet is my favorite holiday tradition?!).

Thursday’s kit is called Harlequin & Columbine: It features a spiced Christmas pear with lemon, cherry bark, and vanilla. GRAIN suggests adding vodka or an aged rum.

Friday’s kit is called Vivandiere & Soldier: It features a baked apple old fashioned base with vandouvan curry, baking spice, GRAIN house bitters blend, and orange oil. GRAIN recommends adding rye or bourbon (this is the one I’m getting, just FYI).

In case you’re wondering, both cocktails are named after the toys children open at the Christmas party before Clara gets the Nutcracker.

Both kits come in reusable mason jars and make two drinks. And they include a coupon for a complimentary meat board to be enjoyed at GRAIN. I’m sorry, it just doesn’t get any better (or more festive) than this!
