Brewhouse Café

South Africa just kicked off the 2010 World Cup against Mexico, and Brewhouse Café in Little Five Points is the place to watch the FIFA matches in Atlanta. Plenty of TV’s, great beer selections, lots of people to cheer on your favorite team.

This place actually rolls out four big-screen TV’s on to its large outdoor patio just for World Cup. Yes, you will actually be able to see the soccer players on the field instead of the back of staring at the head of the person in front of you.

Don’t like the heat and humidity that is the Atlanta summer? There’s a giant viewing area and more TV’s inside.

As the bar name suggests, Brewhouse has an extensive collection of international beer, both on tap and in the bottle. But their specialty is painkiller: Bacardi O, pineapple juice, OJ, and cream of coconut. You can get one, two, or three shots of alcohol in yours—the last one is sure to make for a great soccer match, no matter who wins.

What’s the catch, you ask? The place gets packed. Get there early if you want to get a seat. But what did you expect? It’s the World Cup!

THE VERDICT: You must check out this place if you’re planning on going anywhere to watch World Cup.
