As a foodie, I love a good cooking class. And Bellina Alimentari hosts some of the best cooking classes in Atlanta!

I also love charcuterie and have always wanted to learn how to make my own. Which is why I’m particularly excited about Bellina Alimentari’s upcoming Spotted Trotter class, taking place this Wednesday, July 13, at 6:30 pm, at Ponce City Market

The Italian eatery has partnered with executive chef Kevin Ouzts of The Spotted Trotter and The Cockentrice, both at Krog Street Market, to bring you tips and tricks of homemade cured meats.

You’ll be guided through a tasting of four cured meats while sipping premium Italian wine and learning the secrets of the best charcuterie master in the city.

The tickets are $28 a person, and the class is one hour long, which could make for a perfect date night. By the end of the class, you will have already had pre-dinner drinks and appetizers, learned something new, and ready to grab dinner at any of PCM’s many restaurants (Brezza Cucina, Ton Ton, Dub’s Fish Camp and Biltong Bar are some of my favorites).

The Spotted Trotter class at Bellina Alimentari is a limited-time partnership, but tickets are still available, so grab ‘em and plan your date night!
